Applications rates for Blue Control products vary depending on:

  • Timber species
  • Use on sawn timber or logs
  • Desired period of protection
  • Method of application i.e. dip or spray
  • Surface finish i.e. rough sawn or planed
  • Climatic storage conditions
  • Export or domestic markets
  • Moisture content of the wood
